Korea Tour With Gil Shaham
In June & July, world-renowned virtuoso Gil Shaham joined Sejong Soloists for another thrilling performance of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons at the Seoul Arts Center, Light of Life Church, and Daegu Concert House.

On September 30, The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea and Sejong Soloists commemorated National Foundation Day and the 25th Anniversary of Korea’s membership in the UN. The event was hosted by Emmy Award-winning TV journalist and anchor Juju Chang, and Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon was a special guest speaker.

’Homage A Van Gogh’ 
Sejong's First Appearance At Lotte Hall
In Seoul, Sejong presented an intriguing concert evoking the artistic life and sentiments of Vincent Van Gogh, using music and a narrative based on his letters. A featured work was Augusta Read Thomas’ “Murmurs in the Mist of Memory” (commissioned in 2001), with a projected video of artist Norman Perryman’s live kinetic painting.
Annual Sejong Gala At Carnegie Hall Features Soprano Sarah Safer In Danielpour Setting Of Erica Jong Epic Poem
In December at Zankel Hall, acclaimed soloists Sarah Shafer and David Jolley joined Sejong in "Talking to Aphrodite", a new work commissioned and written for this performance. It is Sejong's second collaboration with Mr. Danielpour. The renowned Ms. Jong greeted the audience.
